Negative: Very poor internet connection, the “hanging” shower glass door- wasn't very safe for all ages (I'm 44, with health issues, use the rest room a lot at night, I almost leaned & slipped.
Summary: We were after the location. Bathroom - that's were mist accidents accur. Safety before aesthetic

Negative: No parking (which wasn’t advertised on the website) check in was 4pm however if you want parking at the hotel.. you better get there a day early or 6am day of and you can’t move your vehicle. WiFi did not work, no hot water for shower.. asked front desk for an extra roll of toilet paper and extra towels (we were giving 1 large towel and a small towel for a family of 3) and was told she would bring them over after the rain let up. Which was about 40 mins later and I don’t find that acceptable. Room was small- not much room to maneuver
Summary: You get what you pay for… would not advise for a family vacation.

Negative: was nothing like the pictures , there was no parking had to pay an extra $90 to park for 3 days. there was no towel racks and the shower was nothing like the picture

Positive: The person at the front desk was nice. The room was clean.
Negative: There were no soap bars by the sink. The room did not look like the pictures. The bottom of the shower door is broken. The shower doors still slide open and shut but be careful to not put your weight on the shower door to keep your balance or you might end up on the floor.

Positive: this property was close to the beach so no need to use ur car, tv was nice, room was decent
Negative: room service never came if we needed towels or anything we would have to go to the front office, parking is terrible don’t understand why i gotta pay $10 for parking and i cant fit in the spot. the shower had stains on the floor.
