Between Périgueux and Sarlat, rental of a studio, in the heart of nature with a quiet swimming pool. The accommodation is suitable for two adults and two children or for three adults.
The rates :
From July 2 to 16: €350 per week
From July 16 to August 20: €450 per week
From August 20 to September 3: 350€ per week
In low season: 40 € per night
Recently renovated studio, in the countryside. Quiet environment and close to amenities at the same time (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy… 5 minutes away)
The accommodation is located on our property, completely independent of our house, we reserve access to the private swimming pool for you, every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (hours customizable according to requests).
The studio is equipped with:
- A sleeping area (bed 140/190)
- An open fitted kitchen (gas hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, high extractor, Philips gold card coffee maker, kettle, toaster)
- A bathroom with walk-in shower (hairdryer provided)
- A lounge area with a convertible sofa
- A private terrace, sheltered with a view of the garden.
Garden furniture is available as well as two sun loungers and a barbecue.
Sheets and tea towels are included.
Possibility of bath towel rental: 5€ per person.
During your stay, possibility of making a washing machine free of charge. 2€50 per additional machine.
Unfortunately, animals are not accepted.
A cleaning package is offered to you for a price of 25 € to be paid at the end of your stay.
From the property you have direct access to a path that leads to the forest.
Also, many leisure activities around the studio are available (from 5 to 30 minutes): canoeing, outdoor karting, tree climbing, paintball, boat trips, etc.
The tourist sites are located at a maximum of 50 minutes from the studio (Les Eyzies, Montignac, Sarlat etc.) We are 20 minutes from Périgueux.

We will remain available if necessary during your stay, to tell you about visits, restaurants, amenities, etc.
