Positive: Very nice pools and property. Rooms were nice. Beautiful setting with the pool so close to the beach.
Negative: Food was not good. Glad I was not staying a whole week. Some of the restaurants like the French restraint were fine. My filet mignon was good. But the food from room service or ordering to your seat at the pool/beach was very very bad and I didn’t want to eat them. Even things like French fries were always cold and limp. Also it advertised a $200 credit here on booking.com but when we got there it was a series of coupons such as $10 off a bottle of wine or $40 off a massage. You can not just put all $200 towards a massage. Very misleading. Wish I booked on Hyatt website. I even called ahead of time and asked and they told me I could use the full amount. The coupons were very insulting. Overall the food quality is reason enough to not stay here.
Summary: Great for drinks in nice pool. Food needs to be improved.

Positive: The facilities, the staff and the food were all exceptional. They could not have been more attentive. We were particularly impressed with the food (the japanese restaurant was fantastic). The steak and fish at seaside were delicious. Also a great breakfast and lunch menu. The evening entertainment was fab and all the facilities were amazing.

Positive: It is a beautiful property, with amazing staff. Perfect for couples! We loved the food and the variety of restaurants. Rooms are beautiful.
Negative: A small thing, but for a resort that caters for couples and honeymoon’s we expected a little extra effort or acknowledgement of our honeymoon to mark the special occasion. There was a big corporate event and we noticed even for them they made a little welcome banner for each room.

We keep coming back to this resort for it's safety, food and entertainment variety , Spa services , and sheer niceness/ attention to service of staff! Special shout out to Enrique and Marlon our butlers for taking care of even our smallest needs and desires!
