Summary: The hotel is wonderful, the service was exceptional, and the rooms were so relaxing. My only complaint was the room service food was not very good. Very hit or miss and limited menu options. 50/50 shot of decent food.

Summary: Excellent customer service! All staff were very friendly and made us feel like home! Everywhere was clean and the cleaning staff did an exceptional job in keeping everywhere and everything nice and tidy! We love our swim out room! While it was quite busy by the pool, we enjoyed our privacy while still enjoying the beautiful sun and pool (river) that’s wide and long enough to enjoy swimming and suntanning in the water! We tried the French restaurant Bordeaux and it’s wonderful; Italian called Postino and it’s really really good (our favourite); the burgers at the Barefoot Grill by the pool were excellent; pizza was great also… lunch at seaside grill wasn’t impressive at all… and breakfast at the World Cafe was good. There’s a gentleman who made great latte at Coco Cafe! Would love to come back again!

Summary: Great food, great service, and very clean. Staff was attentive, friendly, and ready to meet our every need. We especially enjoyed Coco, Himitsu, and room service. We enjoyed the turn down service and treats in our room. We had a swim up room which was relaxing and peaceful. So many wonderful things about this resort!
