Steps from the sand, this house has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation. Completely remodeled with exquisite finishes including travertine and hard wood floors, granite countertops, and crown molding. You can lounge on an outdoor couch and see and hear the ocean from the luxury of home or you can walk a few steps to experience an unspoiled beach paradise. All 3 bedrooms are downstairs, including a huge master bedroom with en suite bath, french doors to backyard, skylights, and walk in closets. The kitchen, living room and wrap around deck are all upstairs with an ocean view which makes it perfect for entertaining.
If you use the propane tank in the fire table or barbeque current guests are responsible for refilling for the next guest that arrives. Guests are also responsible for cleaning the bbq grill after use. If grill is not cleaned there will be an additional $200 grill cleaning charge.

Summary: Location and host amazing, house wasn’t clean and we had to clean it, there were dog poops outside at patio, and the entrance mats were stinky of dog pee. But we took them out and cleaned the house for lime an hour or so .

Summary: My family of 6 stayed at this great beach house during our recent trip to California. The house is steps from the beach. I enjoyed my morning cup of coffee on the spacious deck every day, listening to the waves and watching the water. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The garage is packed full of toys for the beach including boogie boards, sand toys, kites, chairs, a wagon to haul it all and even a surf board. There are also kayaks for six, although we did not get to try them out. We did use the bicycles to explore the neighborhood. The owner, Sandy, checked in us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Summary: The location was perfect for our needs. Just a short walk to the beach. The house fit our family of 5 very well. There were a few issues that came up during our visit. The owner was quick to respond and gracious. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was nice and quite. There is a cute coffee shop not too far away. The barking seals and sound of the waves added to the charm of this location.

Summary: Our family of seven had a wonderful time staying in Oxnard. This property is a one minute walk from the beach, which was perfect for a laid back beach vacation. The garage was stocked with all kinds of beach gear, and the hose in the front yard made it easy to rinse off as we went back and forth between the beach and house. The back yard and deck were great spaces for hanging out in the evenings. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and all of the instructions clear. We definitely want to come back!
