Summary: I liked that there was super clear and professional communication with the owners. Easy walking distance to the beach. The only consideration is that there are only two bathrooms. If you have the max number of guests, 10 people, be prepared to share two sinks/mirrors/showers between the 10 of you. Otherwise a perfect beach house. I would definitely visit again in the summer to enjoy all the beach toys they have!

Summary: Our group came out to visit family and had a wonderful stay! Debbie was so great to communicate with and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! We were thrilled to see all the bikes, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, and plenty more! We will definitely be returning!!

Summary: Everything about this house is perfect. We had 9 people and the house fit us without everyone stumbling on top of eachother. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed. Thank you so much to our gracious hosts! We will definitely be back!

Summary: This was perfect for our family which included nine people, ages 2 to 73! The location is perfect: the beaches only a block away, the city of Oxnard has everything you need within several minutes of driving, and access to Santa Barbara, Ventura, and LA is extremely easy. The hosts were amazing and super communicative and helpful, even accommodating our request to check in early since their cleaners were finished. The place is exactly as described in the pictures and we would definitely stay here again!
