Newly built in 2021, every detail of Seneca Spirit was hand selected and carefully laid out so travelers feel at home while they're away from home. Vinyl-wood flooring spans the length of the open floor plan. The kitchen with soft grey cabinetry offers the perfect amount of counter space for prepping your favorite meals and dining too! The oversized island doubles as dining for six with its expansive granite counter top. Visit the Geneva's farmers market for some local produce an added touch of taste and color to your table spread.

Summary: We loved staying at this rental. It was in a great location across the street from Lake Seneca with a private dock. Definitely recommend bringing water shoes and something to float on to use the lake. The house was great. The kitchen island was huge. Plenty of room for us with three good sized and comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The yard was small, but we were not there often. There’s a good sized front porch to sit on to see the lake and sunset. There were several great wineries and breweries close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The house is well maintained and very clean. It is listed as a place to sleep 6, which it can do however it would be very tight for 6 people. We have been traveling to the Finger Lakes Region for 5 summers and this is the first house we have stayed in that did not supply a sufficient amount of household consumables that are needed for a week stay. While we were informed in our welcome email, but had we known ahead of time we would have been better informed. We had to purchase trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

Summary: It's not common for the pictures to not do the actual rental unit justice but that was our experience with Seneca Spirit. The house was very recently updated and equipped with everything you could need! In addition, the house was immaculate! Thank you!
