Summary: Patti was wonderful to deal with, all around! The welcome basket was the very best along with the very comfy bed, well appointed little kitchen, roomy shower and a tray of toiletries, sewing kit, etc., in case they were needed. We really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and downtown. Bath was so quiet and uncrowded, which we also appreciated. It was a great location base for us to roam along the Maine coast. Would definitely stay here, again!

Summary: We return to Bath frequently, and we were very happy to find this quiet and convenient lodging. The space is attractive, immaculate, and very comfortable and includes an outside sitting and eating area. The “kitchen” space is compact but provides all equipment necessary for making small meals. Patti is a very responsive and generous host. We definitely would return to this property.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay in this wonderful old carriage house that has just recently been converted to a two-story apartment -- perfect for the two of us! Patti has very thoughtfully appointed the apartment, upstairs and down stairs, affectionally called, "the Loft". The kitchenette has a a small beverage cooler (rather than a full fridge) but all the utensils, glassware, spices that we needed, including a wonderful coffee station. Lovely fresh new towels and linens, a thoughtfully stocked basket of toiletries (just incase we forgot something). The back deck, overlooking a lovely garden is very private and offered a great place for both morning coffee and afternoon wine. The loft is situated in a quiet part of the very charming historic Bath, on street lined with gracious 19th century homes. It has been decorated and appointed with love and thoughtfulness. We would highly recommend it.
