Summary: This was our second stay at this villa and still adored it. Had some new members of the family this time around so was very grateful for the fenced in pool and the play area full of toys upstairs! This place has absolutely everything any member of the family could need (and more) all in a peaceful private setting with local amenities and tourist spots just a quick drive away. Will definitely look to visit a third time in a few years :)

Summary: Fantastic villa for families.we had a 12 7and 3 year old,they didn’t want to leave. Lovely heated pool. Nice grass area for children to play. Spacious villa with everything you needed. Because of close proximity to fruit farms flies were a bit of a problem when eating outside. Could have done with more sun loungers because pool area was so nice. Obidos town was lovely, definitely worth a visit.would definitely return

Summary: One of the best villas my family and I have ever stayed in. The owners are wonderful and the welcome chocolate cake was to die for. This is by far the best equipped villa we have stayed in and the best pool which was always clean and constantly at 30°. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Beatriz 💕

Summary: A beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location, yet only 10 minutes from supermarkets, and 20 mins from beaches. The villa is very spacious, well furnished, and equipped with just about everything you need. An excellent games room with 'cinema' room above, lovely gardens, and a great pool. The garden building contains a laundry room, WC, and large kitchen, and again was very well kitted out. A minor problem with water supply to this building was quickly resolved by Beatriz and her neighbours. Overall, a fantastic villa, with lovely owners who gave us a very warm welcome, and chocolate cake and wine, on arrival. Would highly recommend.

Summary: On our arrival we were met with Beatriz and her husband. She was very informative about all aspects of the property in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The property had plenty of space for two families with teenage boys. The pool was a highlight and was very much enjoyed throughout our stay. Equally, the pool table and football table were used often by all. Wifi worked well, especially for the four teenagers! The outside kitchen was wonderful. All our cooking was done here and we all enjoyed family meals around the large table. There was plenty of kitchen ware including plates, cutlery, cups, glasses and cooking equipment. Half way through our holiday Beatriz came back to clean the house, change the sheets and the towels. A car is a must for this villa. We visited the stunning old town of Obidos and enjoyed one night of the festival set in the castle grounds. The local town Caldas de Rainha had all the amenities that you would require. Peniche was a delightful fishing town with a waterpark. It wasn't busy on the day we went and everyone enjoyed the slides and the pools. Lisbon and Sintra were only an hours drive away. Both fantastic places to visit and enjoy as a family. In addition the Buddha gardens are about 20 minutes from the villa and were absolutely stunning. Overall, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We would recommend this villa to families with children. The chocolate cake and the bottles of wine on arrival were a delightful touch!

Summary: We had a great experience on our holiday. As hosts Beatrice and her husband could not have been more welcoming or helpful to us during out stay. The house looked amazing upon arrival and it truly had every need for a family vacation including the great safety of fencing all around the property and of the pool. The area is also amazing, it is really beautiful and makes for great walks on empty country lanes through the orchards and vineyards. It also is near historic Obidos and Caldas da Raihnas will cater for your shoping needs. In addition there are two amazing beaches within 15misn drive. We had a wonderful time.

Summary: We stayed in this lovely villa in August 2018 as a family of 9, 4 adults, 2 teens and 3 children. Our youngest child is autistic. On arrival, Beatriz and her husband greeted us with open arms, a tour of the villa, information on local areas and the best chocolate cake I've ever had along with fresh fruit! The villa itself was a huge success, the swimming pool was a hit with all, the playground area was brilliant for the little ones, the large gardens were beautiful, and it was all securely inclosed with high fences, so we felt the children were safe! The games room with its pool table, football table and board games, and cinema room were handy on those hot afternoons to stay out of the sun, and the play area upstairs was lovely too with a lovely little selection of toys, from dolls, cars, soft toys and children books. There was never a moment of boredom from anyone which was amazing! The children also loved going to see the chickens in the garden, and the wooded area gave them lots of adventures. There was lots of fruit and herb trees at the end of the garden, that would be great if your there for the season. We got a lime and few peaches off them. I was very surprised at how well equipped the villa was, from hand soap in every bathroom, dish soap in both kitchens already, laundry detergent in the wash room (which was a god send in itself!) and dishwasher tablets in both kitchens. (Yes there was 2 dishwashers which was perfect for our large group) and every kitchen item you could think of was there, we didn't feel we needed anything but food for our whole stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the spare fold out beds meant small children could sleep in other rooms easily. (our autistic son slept on one in our room) They already had pool inflatable toys. Cleaner came once a week, and all bedding and towels (even pool towels) provided The house was clean, the gardens well kept, and this has set the bar for what we want for future holidays. The only thing we would have liked was an oven in the main house, as the only oven was in the outdoor kitchen, but that wasn't the end of the world. We also seemed to have a lot of flies around being located near lots of fruit farms, but the extremely hot weather this summer brought we think it made this worse, but fly tape was provided and as long as food was cleared away asap it kept them at bay. I can not thank Beatriz for letting us stay in her lovely home!! it was a truly amazing holiday!! Thank you

Summary: What a great Villa this is. The family and I had a great time enjoying this beautiful place. Generous and very spacious house and all the commodities you may want, from the barbeque kitchen area, to the amazing swimming pool, games and cinema room. Honestly everything is well tought of by the owners and you will not be dissapointed if you book this. Perfect place to relax and unwind and beautiful places to visit nearby too. My 2 year old loved the pool. He loves his swimming anyway, so he was right in his element. Highly recommend and will definitely be back sometime.
