5 Bedroom House in Greenwood

Classic country house with modern conveniences. Fast internet connection with streaming service. Televisions in family room and all bedrooms. Comfortable setting for families or business associates and workers.
The house rules are as follows:
1. No smoking inside of the house nor on the front porch. Smoking is permitted outside on the patio.
2. No pets or animals allowed on the property.
3. No parties or gatherings are allowed.
4. No illegal activities allowed on the property.
5. Remove the trash and put it in the large trash bins outside. Trash is picked up weekly.
6. Wash all dishes prior to departing.
7. The maximum number of overnight guests is 8. For security and insurance purpose, the names of all guests must be sent to me prior to accessing the property. You may list the full names of all guests here.
Violation of rules 1 and 2 will result in a minimum additional fee of $500 and possible dismissal from the property. Violation of rules 3 and 4 will result in dismissal from the property and the actual fees based on cost incurred by the violation.
Please verify that you have read and are agreeing to abide by the rules by sending a statement saying: “I have reviewed and agreed to the house rules and I will require all guests to adhere to the house rules.”
There are dusk to dawn lights that automatically come on and outside security cameras for your safety. Since this is a serene setting, birds or other animals might appear. Therefore, solar sound stakes have been installed outside of the house and patio shelter to keep animals and other pests away from the property.

Summary: the house was just right very clean with enough space that we could move freely without being on top of each other. i was taken aback due to no working toaster and bathroom # 1 we had to keep unstopping every other time we flushed that was tiresome at times. other then that for me it was great i would book again next year if we come down

Summary: My friends and I were looking to get away for a golf vacation, somewhere close to the Augusta National as we had practice round tickets. This property was perfect as it has 4 rooms. Three of the rooms has a queen bed and the master has a King! The house was clean and met all our expectations. The host was responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in/out. If I am lucky enough to go back to the Masters I will definitely stay here again!

Summary: We did a 30 day rental; we meaning me and my spouse and 3 young children and our maid. Vinetta was very understanding in our situation and very good with communication during our entire stay. We very highly recommend this homey house in the quiet country!

Summary: This place is the very definition of don't judge a book. If you were driving by, would never guess it's got some incredible living space inside. All 4 beds are huge and comfortable. Both bathrooms have been updated with a modern touches. The main area is perfect for just hanging out and playing board games/cards. The back porch had a gorgeous view of the sunset. Snatch this place up instantly if you are in the area.

Summary: I had to come into the state/area for work related stuff and we chose this place. Glad we did. We will most likely be back! Highly recommend. Very quiet. Uber eats and Door dash was available there also.
