The space
As you enter the home guests have the option to either use the elevator or stairs to reach all floors of the home. The main living floor boasts a comfy living room, dining area, and huge kitchen with an eat-at breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything you need, and more! Enjoy the ocean views and breeze on the balcony right off of the living room while you gather around the picnic table with your family and watch the sunset over the intracoastal. The main living floor also provides a full bath and king bedroom with balcony access directly in the room. The upper level floor can accommodate the entire family with three large bedrooms all with balcony access! The master suite has a comfy king bed and private attached bath for you to enjoy. One guest suite hosts a queen bed and the remaining bedroom hosts a bunk bed with a trundle underneath to provide three more beds for the family. The two guests rooms share a full well equipped bath. There is also a washer and dryer on the top level of the home for you to use during your stay. The home is on a quiet street just steps from the ocean, wash off in the hot/cold outdoor shower as you get back from a sandy day at the beach. You simply can't beat the location of this property!

Summary: Beautiful well-appointed home. Comfortable furniture & quality linens. The elevator @ the front door provided ease of access for one of our group that was handicapped. It was a very short walk to the gorgeous beach. We could've used some beach chairs or a hint of where we could rent some. A gas grill would've been nice too. All in all a positive experience. Can't wait for next year.

Summary: My friends and I loved everything about this house! There was plenty of room and the house was clean and nice. The owners provided bath towels, paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, even bath soap, shampoo/conditioner. The outside shower was super helpful with kids after a beach day. The owners were fast to respond to any questions we had throughout the stay! The walk to the beach was short and sweet! We will definitely be renting this house again next year!

Summary: Terrific place, well-maintained and exceptionally clean upon arrival. Worked extremely well for our two families with a total of 5 kids, ages 1 to 13. Excellent lay-out and quick beach access. Quibbles: no beach or sand toys, no beach chairs or other beach equipment come with the property (and none were advertised). Also, there was no "Guide to the Property" info or booklet, no info on trash schedule, who to contact if problems, check-out instructions. None of this presented any major problems, just flagging it. We very much enjoyed our week here and would gladly return to this property again and again!

Summary: We booked this property for our annual father son fishing trip and it was one of the nicest we have stayed in. The beach access was right across the road and it was great for surf fishing! The beds were comfortable and the host was very responsive to my questions. The linens and towels were included, which made it so nice. I would highly recommend booking your stay here!

Summary: Our family had a great time. It was very clean and plenty of room for our family of 9. The walk to the beach was a short walk and you could see the ocean from the decks. The outdoor shower was the best! Hope to stay here again sometime.

Summary: I stayed here with my family, including 2 small children, and we had a great time. It's such a quick walk to the beach that we didn't even have to pack all our things for the day - it was that easy to just run back and forth a few times. The beds and furniture were really comfortable and the whole place had a clean, relaxing vibe. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was super nice to have the elevator. Being able to see the ocean and the intercoastal from the decks was incredible from sunrise to sunset. Would definitely stay here again!
