Summary: Staff was helpful and courteous, casino was the best we have played in in LA. Parking was outside only, but plenty of spaces available. Room was comfortable, and best of all they had a shower, not a tub that is so dangerous for us that are older. The casino had a good mixture of newer style slots, and old style three reels.

Summary: Hotel is very nice a bit of walking distance to the casino if you're a senior on a walker/cane. But everything is connected. Several good restaurants to choose from even things for the grand babies to do. Very nice hotel. Love the shower with the water coming from the middle of the ceiling. Awesome! Will stay again.

Summary: This hotel was nothing short of FANTASTIC! Staff was very friendly & helpful, parking was plentiful & easy. The hotel & our room were immaculately clean. The room was special - the hotel has been completely renovated & it obvious that so much attention was paid to the overapl experience. The little things matter & much attention has been paid to making this place excellent. THE SHOWER... OMG!!! I have traveled all over the world and I have to say that at this price point, with the amenities, this is my new favorite hotel in Louisiana. The Dream Pool & lazy river were special as well. Siri, our server at the casino's café restaurant, was so wonderful, made excellent recommendations, and the food was surprisingly great! We can't wait to go back!
