Summary: The main area of house was clean and well stocked. The issue we had was that we were traveling with 8 people and a baby to attend a wedding near by and needed the bed beds downstairs to accommodate everyone but we were not able to use the downstairs area due to it being so smelly and musty. Since we were not able to use that area, some of us were forced to sleep on the floor. Also, after 2 showers we ran out of hot water which made getting ready for the wedding we were in town for very difficult. Probably wouldn't come back.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved that there were toys, ride on toys, trikes and bikes for the kids . Lots of room to run and play. We enjoyed the firepit and chairs were plentiful. The beds were comfortable and we were provided with everything we needed. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the downstairs was damp and musty. Even though there was a dehumidifier running 24/7 it was still damp and musty. We only used it one night for sleeping as it was too uncomfortable for sleeping. This would be the only reason we wouldn't return if we had more than 6 for sleeping.

Summary: We wandered the Finger Lakes region during the day, returning to the house for a relaxing evening around the fire pit. The house was very clean and welcoming in a quiet setting.

Summary: House is well-appointed with full kitchen and amenities. No grill but you can have a nice fire in the fire pit. Would be great for families, with basement game room and yard for play.

Summary: No TV or Wifi can be a little odd to get used to in 2021 but my family stayed here and love the experience. It is a great home and property. Not too far from Penn Yan, Geneva, and Watkins Glenn. Bring bug spray Lol -- But overall we loved it.

Summary: No wifi made it tough to search places to eat. All rooms had AC units but the common area was toasty during the day. All in all this is a great rental! Would definitely recommend!
