Ideal for 3 couples or a family w/ children older than 12, this is a gorgeous and beautifully decorated country house on a 4-acre lot. Completed in 2021, the house is on two levels: upper level boasts a magnificent living room with vaulted ceiling and tall stone fireplace, balcony with a view of nearby trees & more, stunning vaulted ceiling kitchen w/large island seating 4 and w/TV and dining room leading out to a screened porch with magnificent views in 3 directions, the master bedroom w/TV & en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub/heated floors/hot towel rail, a study/office, powder room/half bath, a spacious laundry room and a walk-in pantry. Lower level is comprised of another living room w/stone fireplace and TV, a powder room, 2 sunny bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and a wet bar. There is a gym on the premises w/elliptical, TV and more off the lower level with beautiful views all-round. All of the upper level (including screened porch and balcony) have in-built ceiling speakers for easy music playing from any device via Airplay, as do the lower level living room and gym. With mountain and valley views all-round, the front porch offers breathtaking sunset views while the outdoor hot tub offers 270 degree vistas of orchards, mountains and neighboring trees. Two wineries, a farmer's market, Martin's supermarket, several great restaurants as well as Old Town Winchester all just 5-15 minutes away, with Front Royal and Shenandoah River a mere 25 minutes' drive.
