Ideal for a couple, this is an independent guesthouse adjacent to the main house on a 4-acre lot, all completed in 2021. The guesthouse has a full kitchen and gas fireplace, and comes with access to an independent gym on the premises. With mountain and valley views all-round, the front porch offers breathtaking sunset views while the back porch features a hot tub with 270 degree vistas of orchards, mountains and neighboring trees. Two wineries, a farmer's market, Martin's supermarket, several great restaurants as well as Old Town Winchester all just 5-15 minutes away, with Front Royal and Shenandoah River a mere 25 minutes' drive. Great biking and hiking routes and views of orchards, mountains and more all around the property, which is part of the newly developed Mountain Vista Estates off Hites Road.

Summary: I cannot say enough good about our stay here, other than we wish it was longer. Super clean and convenient to the benefits of the Shenandoah Valley. Already talking about a trip back in the fall. Thank you !

Summary: I can not say enough nice things about this quaint little cottage. It was relaxing. The hosts want their guests to be comfortable with a few extra little touches, from a grill to a Nespresso maker. The highlight for me was the hot tub, followed by a cold rain shower!!! This place is charming and has beautiful views. 2 vineyards a few miles down the road, and one of the BEST apple orchards in the area!!! Hope to be back in the fall.
