Summary: First time staying at a Sheraton. The front desk service was awesome. The room was clean. Our server on Friday night (08/29) was awesome, and our server for breakfast was awesome (08/30-31; 09/01). BUT...breakfast was HORRIBLE. 1st pic. 8/30/2025: The eggs could have been powdered, the bacon was burnt, and it was very hard to eat, and the potatoes were really burnt. 2nd pic. 8/31/2025: was no better. We tried to be smart and get our eggs over easy, just to make sure we were getting real eggs. Potatoes still burnt, bacon still burnt. 3rd pic. 09/01/2025: I got blueberry pancakes. I figured you could not mess that up. The pancakes were ok. The bacon was a bit less burnt. My boyfriend ordered eggs over easy... they came out runny. It was like no care was made with our food. We paid for our breakfast in advance. I should have known something was wrong... people left the food pretty much untouched. I expected so much more for this being a Sheraton. These pictures are not manipulated in any way... This is what we were served by the Sheraton.

Summary: Perfect location, easy checkin, staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Right next to Camden yards and easy walk to Fed Hill. I would stay again.

Summary: This hotel is in a great location to Camden Yards. The parking was outside and around the corner yet still pretty convenient. The room was clean and the bed comfortable

Summary: Lots of stores near that offered a variety of food to eat, and the bed was very comfortable.

Summary: Older hotel needs maintenance especially on plumbing along with better fresh air circulation. Not good for people with respiratory issues. Hotel uses a strange fragrance in the lobby. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Summary: room was dark and outdated . bathroom had a weird odor. Kids in next room up and noisy to 1 am and television left on entire night, never heard parents at all!!!
