Summary: I was let down with this hotel. As soon as we arrived, we found a toenail in the bathroom, gunk around the toilet, hair in the drawers, stains on the sheets, dust on numerous places throughout the room, and dirty floors. *** Just to make sure I wasn’t over exaggerating, I took a Clorox wipe to the dirty areas to make sure they were in fact dirty and able to be wiped away clean. And yes, all of the dirt and grime came off easily with a Clorox wipe. Not only were we informed of a $500 hold/deposit (nowhere was the stated online upon booking. It wasn’t an issue, just would’ve been nice to know about), we were also made aware that sheets would only be replaced every three days. For a resort, that is not acceptable, especially being by the beach. Housekeeping did not do much at all and the laundry room was filthy. I’m sure it does not get cleaned because the floors were filthy and there was lint everywhere. The washer also had a mildew smell. The staff was really nice, which was a big plus. However, cleanliness is top-tier for me personally, and this hotel did not meet those standards at all.

Summary: The location is incredible. The hotel is maintained and clean. The hotel Check-in was easy. The hotel employees were helpful. Attended a Luau at the property on my first night. It was very enjoyable.

Summary: This hotel used to be Courtyard Marriott years ago when I stayed there and it was budget friendly, with few upgrades they are now marketing it as more luxurious Sheraton. The service is great, the rooms are on the smaller side, but overall pretty good.
