Summary: A wonderful hotel overlooking downtown Pittsburgh and the Monongahela river. We were delighted when we checked in at around 8:00 PM when the desk clerk, Abigail, told us that our room had been upgraded to a city view. The room was lovely, big and very comfortable.

Summary: Great hotel and we had a great day. The area is interesting and there is an incline up to the Mount Washington area, which was fun to go to. Will definitely stay again.

Summary: I was somewhat surprised about the condition of the carpet in my room. It was frayed and dirty in spots. The table in the room needed wiped off also. The bath gel was dislodged from the wall and was empty. I was there for a joyful occasion so I decided not to sweat the small stuff.

Summary: The room was hot until we called maintenance to come check the air conditioner out. They were very prompt. However we had to call down several times to get fresh towels and they never cleaned our room as well after calling them twice. So our room was never cleaned and we stayed for two days .

Summary: The hotel was nice overall and the view of the Ohio River was great. I had a food delivery problem. The driver said they gave it to the front desk but the desk did not have it. Also they will not bring deliveries up so you have to pick them up yourself. It was a bit inconvenient.
