Positive: Property is beautiful. Staff was absolutely wonderful, attentive, friendly, and helpful. The food was amazing. Sits on a reef. Definitely do the all inclusive.
Negative: They allow people to hold chairs and cabanas all day when theyโ€™re not even there. They should change this policy. Countless times people would hold cabanas and not even show up for 4-5 hours and it happened at the pool also. There would be 25 chairs held and 10 people at the pool. Just donโ€™t let people do that. Itโ€™s inconsiderate to people wanting to use them.

Positive: Beautiful location, amazing being able to snorkel on beautiful reef just out from the beach. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Good facilities and range of activities available.
Negative: Food and drink were relatively expensive, although understandable given remote location. Service could have been better - on three occasions we had to enquire as to where our food and drinks were at, after we waited an hour for our lunch after ordering at the pool bar. This is difficult when you have a hangry toddler. We also had to wait over an hour for a kids meal at the Curcuma restaurant, by which time us adults had already finished our meals. Not great when it is just chicken nuggets and chips.

Positive: Beautiful location on the Tokoriki island. Pool area is lovely and there are cabanas on the beach as an alternative place to sit. Clean rooms
Negative: Gym was under construction and there was no warning about this! Given the small island it is very difficult to exercise without a gym. Only 2 options for dining. Unfortunately the buffet nights are very expensive and food is average at best
Summary: Beautiful and picturesque location. Facilities need some work, dining options limited

Positive: My husband and I stayed at the resort for a week and had the most wonderful, relaxing time. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We were on the โ€˜adults onlyโ€™ side of the resort and it was quiet and peaceful. The staff were all so hard working and friendly. We were served by Ana N a few times, who was lovely. Highly recommend going snorkelling. Lai and his colleague took us out on the boat and showed us all around the neighbouring island.
Negative: We booked an โ€˜ocean viewโ€™ room. This was a bit misleading (see photo) and when we checked in, we were told weโ€™d been allocated to a โ€˜partial ocean viewโ€™ room. There was nothing about this in our booking. We hiked over the island (about 1km) to Hideaway Beach. Iโ€™m not sure if this is within the grounds of the resort or not (I donโ€™t think so) but it would be worth getting a few people together to clean it up, perhaps a joint effort with the other hotel on the island. It was a lovely stroll but the beach was covered in rubbish.

Positive: Beautiful island with amazing views. All the staff are incredible and it feels like a big family. Really enjoyed the food. Had the all inclusive package which even included a range of cocktails. Special mention to Lawrence the event coordinator who was amazing and went above and beyond to organise special things to make my mumโ€™s 80th birthday feel extra memorable.
