Summary: Room was clean and comfortable. The chair had minor tears on it. They had security walking the parking lot throughout the night.

Summary: All the aspects of the hotel were fine. There was construction being done on the lobby, but a second lobby area was provided. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Summary: Check in experience was an example of how not to treat a guest. We walked in and the person did not acknowledge us. Instead she was hidden behind the monitor and talking to housekeeping about closing rooms, etc. Tuen when she was finished and did ask how to help - it was transactional. The room had an odd smell when we walked in. The gate to the area of the rooms was trashed with what looked like room service plates and food left on them. The beds were extremely hard and the pillows felt like the stuffing was separated inside and flat.
