Summary: Check in experience was an example of how not to treat a guest. We walked in and the person did not acknowledge us. Instead she was hidden behind the monitor and talking to housekeeping about closing rooms, etc. Tuen when she was finished and did ask how to help - it was transactional. The room had an odd smell when we walked in. The gate to the area of the rooms was trashed with what looked like room service plates and food left on them. The beds were extremely hard and the pillows felt like the stuffing was separated inside and flat.

Summary: Hotel entrance difficult to locate as original lobby under construction. Never did find the ice machine even though I followed markings on map. Both my husband and I spent time waling both directions from our room around the hotel and could not find an ice machine. When I attempted to the call the desk the line was always busy. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the server graciously got me ice for my sipper.

Summary: The beds were okay but to soft the pillows had no support and felt so thin. The bathroom door didn’t lock and paying for internet was a negative for us.

Summary: The photos on the page are not the same place. They also list amentities that are not real, such as they say have a spa. The pool towels are disgusting and the hot tub doesn't even bubble, its like sitting in a hot bath with sitll water. There is a very gross odor in the hallways. The room was decent and appears recently remodeled but it wasn't super clean. The only upside was really the staff at the free breakfast were very kind, but it did not negate the terrible buffet. The scrambled eggs tasted like hard boiled eggs. I am kind of in shock this is a Sheraton property.

Summary: The rooms need renovation, the rugs are aging, the curtains in the bedroom are old and and do not close all the way. A microwave in the room would be nice . The staff was very helpful and friendly, our breakfast was ok. Checking in and out was easy.

Summary: Lots of construction going on during our stay so check in was not in a lobby. The man who checked me in was nice and it was really quick and he accommodated my ask for a view toward the mountain. The photos I will say are deceiving. Hopefully the construction means they are updating the property. The halls to the elevators and the elevators were dark, dingy, dirty, dented, stained, peeling paint. Made me wonder if it was really a Marriott. It was kind of gross and I’m not a picky hotel snob. Room was big and nice. Some furniture was looking a bit abused, but overall nice. Pool was nice but no lifeguard and mids running amok jumping into the shallow end (former lifeguard here, I was stressing out that they would get hurt) , running around screaming. Not relaxing at all. Pool much smaller than it looks in photo. Pool was so so but again not like the photos. One reason picked this place was early breakfast as we had to leave early, card in the room said 6:30 but the flyer in the elevator and restaurant door said 7. Not that big of a deal for most but if you have an early flight…. Overall the room and bed great! Property was not great but ok. Staff were friendly. Parking easy. No resort fee.
