Rustic Studio Casita built in the 1930's and newly renovated to accommodate your needs. Private entrance, 1 bathroom and can sleep 2. Complete kitchen with granite counter tops, lots of cooking utensils and many appliances (refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker). Very cozy and comfortable with 42" flat screen television, DVD player with DVD movie collection and free Wi-Fi internet. Air condition and heat. Private patio with BBQ and outdoor seating for relaxing or enjoying meals. Access to bicycles. Shared driveway with parking for one vehicle. The driveway is monitored with a Ring security system.
Located in Central Tucson off North Campbell Avenue in the quiet Samos neighborhood. Very close to the University of Arizona and University Medical Center. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance along with a grocery store. Summary: The place was amazing. Comfy and clean. The attention to detail in this place was incredible. We did not spend a lot of time here as we had business meetings all day, but the little back patio was awesome as well. Would stay here again if in Tucson.

Summary: This small, attractive studio apartment had everything I needed for a base for my week in Tucson. It has a well-equipped kitchen with helpful extras like spices and ziploc bags. It was a real treat to have private outdoor space. I was in town for an event that took us to the university and outside of town in all directions. This was the perfect central location. I’d definitely stay there again!

Summary: This cozy casita was perfect! My husband and I found it warm and inviting with attention paid to every possible detail. The furnishings and construction were top quality and the Southwestern decor was tastefully done. A wonderful spot for a 2-person accommodation in Tucson!

Summary: This property worked perfectly for me. It is extremely clean, private and secure. When I saw the pictures of the inside of this unit, I had high expectations and I am glad to say that it lived up to my expectations - it is a very comfy place to stay. I grilled a steak on the back patio and found that the kitchen is well appointed with everything you might need to cook.
