SHERWOOD LAKES is a charming community of 15 private Town Home Style Condominiums. This family friendly complex has its own private tennis court and large pool area. Perfect for couples and small families, this home has it all. The large pool area is the place to be during the day soaking up the sun and relaxing. At night catch the evening sunset at the beach.
The fully equipped GRANITE KITCHEN has everything you need to cook great meals and a breakfast bar.
The LIVING ROOM has plush furniture, HD flat screen TV and free high speed WiFi internet access. Graco Pack and Play and High Chair for the little ones is provided.
The MASTER BEDROOM is on the second floor and has a comfortable king sized bed. The master comes with walk in closet for storing your personal belongings. The large MASTER BATHROOM is tastefully decorated with shower.
The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen bed, dressers and closet.
The SECOND BATHROOM is centrally located and has a full shower and bath unit.
The ENTRY FOYER has a futon for an additional sleeping space.
The LARGE POOL AREA is the place to be sunbathing, swimming, or just relaxing.
The Washer and Dryer are downstairs in the garage space. Ironing board, hair dryer and beach towels are provided.
Parking: One parking spot in driveway is included. Garage is not for parking.

Summary: Very clean well-kept and furnished, Pinellis trail right off back deck. Beaches and stores minutes away. Tarpon Springs and Dunedin a five-minute drive. Very nice pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. A perfect place to stay.

Summary: Property had some minor inconveniences. For example, when the dish washer was used the draining dirty water would back up into the kitchen sink; there was a whistle sometimes when the HVAC system was running, a low volume high pitched sound reminiscent of the tinnitus type sound. However, even taking those things into consideration the property was quite nice. The property manager was easy to contact and very responsive.

Summary: This property was close to family and friends that we were visiting while in FL. The condo was clean and spacious for our family of 4. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay while in Palm Harbor.

Summary: Nice area, we would have done more exploring except for the Covid-19 issue but we had a good time. The cleaning crew could have done better,kitchen and upstairs shower had some issues. We would go back, would like king bed for the master and newer couches would be more comfortable.

Summary: It was exactly how it was described in the given information. The quiet location allowed for a great rest after a busy day at the beach and surrounding cities. We really enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts brought us a lot of fun. The location is close to a lot of shopping areas. We felt right at home there. Thank you
