Positive: Fantastic location, where you could easily walk to Duval Street, the Hemingway House, Truman's Little White House, The Green Parrot Bar, Blue Heaven restaurant, Santiago's Bodega, and so much more!
Negative: The only drawback was a very temporary inconvenience. When we were there, the metal roof was being replaced, so 4 or 5 mornings in a row, there was loud banging and nailing above it. Once completed, that noise would not be an issue.
Summary: Very nice condo, great location, lots nearby to see and do (Duval St., Hemingway House, etc.

Positive: Location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to see. No need for a car.
Negative: The fact that in spite of the place being ready at 3PM we were not allowed in until 4PM. We sat on the porch for an hour. It started to rain and we were glad there was roof, otherwise we would have been standing in the rain for an hour outside the place. I don't understand this policy.

Positive: . Condo was centrally located so easy to walk most places. It was quiet and a great neighborhood. Condo was fully stocked with linens, dishes etc. Beds and couches were comfortable.
Negative: Don't really have any complaints.
