It is a Shorely perfect balance of inside and outside amenities to enjoy. You are set up for a great stay. Enjoy the entire 2nd Fl private Open Views with 40'feet of fenced in private WATERFRONT. The Lagoon is a 1 of a kind, Spring Fed, 15 feet deep in the middle. It is like a rare bird reserve seeing all kinds of Ducks, Geese, swans, Egrets, herons and more, like, seals, sea otters, and sea turtles, too. You are near the beach and boardwalk set up nicely for Shore :)

Inside is upscale, XL 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath VIP super sweet suite. Has a functioning 3rd-bedroom w a spacey Living Room that actually has an "On-suite bathroom/changing room" and 2 couch beds. This is well-designed and constructed house. The downstairs extends beyond the upstairs, so the Units are not on top of each other w entrances on opposite sides of the house. This vacation suite is designed more like a separate Guesthouse and has its own address and is a stand-alone residence. There are no windows facing your outdoor area, it has a lot of trees, fence, and is perfectly private for you.
Outside you have 40 feet of private fenced in waterfront with all the frills you need. (3)Kayaks, (1)Paddleboard, floats.
