Summary: This house is within walking distance to local parks, great restaurants, & the Brandywine River, and a short drive to the Riverfront and other great hiking and area attractions. This place had lots of special touches, and was a perfect cozy respite to get away. It was close to things, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood across from a park. Highly recommend it!

Summary: The apartment is great! It is spacious for four guests and is beautifully decorated. There were a number of welcoming touches such as numerous chargers and a well stocked coffee corner. It was sparkling clean. It is located within walking distance of the Wilmington Riverwalk. The hosts were friendly, responsive and easy to work with.

Summary: This 3rd floor apartment has everything you could possibly need for your stay in Wilmington! Newly furnished, the decor is lovely and the apartment immaculately clean! It is accessible to all the nearby tourist sites as well as restaurants. It is in a row of townhomes overlooking a park. The last few homes on the block are still under construction but we didn’t hear any noise related to that. I highly recommend this property! The owner is super friendly and accommodating.....😁
