Positive: It is within walking distance to everything. It is quiet and was nice to sit outside and just relax. It's the perfect size for 2 people. Large kitchen that is fully equipped. Large utility room to store thing out of the way. There is a small bar-b-q pit to grill your meals on. Also a picnic table so you can eat outside or just sit at it.

Negative: The house sits between other houses with a small yard. So the view is not good at all. Slight confusion on checking in. We were given the address of the big house, but the house we rented was 1/2, and that was not told to us. So it took a minute to figure that one out.

Summary: The house is exactly as described. No surprises, no unwanted discoveries.
