Two bedroom main floor unit in Anglemont, BC on the North Shuswap lake. Walking distance to a rocky beach. Provincial sandy beach just a couple minute drive. Close to marina, golf course, convenience store, gas station, winery, and boat rentals.
There are a lot of summer activities such as river rafting, golfing, zip lining, hiking, swimming, boating etc. In the winter there is cross country skiing, outdoor rink skating and the area is known for its snowmobiling.
The house is newly renovated and includes 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has one queen and the other bedroom has two single beds. There is a nice living room and dining area, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and outdoor barbeque and fire pit area (fire restrictions may apply). You will enjoy the 900 square ft. of space indoors and huge fenced yard. Concrete driveway.

Summary: The place needs lots of updates. Could have been cleaner and was missing things that we needed. Kitchen was not well stocked. Owner was very nice and helpful.

Summary: Upon our arrival we noticed the gate to the driveway was broken. After a couple of days, we received an email from the owner to keep the gate closed.. The property was not professionally cleaned. We shared the space with Spiders in the bathroom & Ants in the kitchen. The roads down to the beach is about a 10-15 minute walk on roads that are not made for pedestrians.

Summary: Overall we believed that there could be improvment to the facility. There were a few things that seemed to be missing from the house, short on supplies that we were under the impression would be stocked for the whole stay, such as toilet paper and paper towel. There weren't enough kitchen stuff to cook comfortably, missing baking sheets and dish cloths to make it through more than a day. The leaking faucet was loud and not pleasant to listen to. The walk to the sandy beach was farther then we expect. On the other hand the lake was beautiful, the fireplace area was great to relax by, the shower what great and there was a nice big yard for the dogs. Thank you for letting us stay.

Summary: This rental property is wonderful with everything you need. Beautifully done with kitchen that has everthing we needed to cook big dinners and such comfortable beds after an amazing day of sledding on Crowfoot Mountain. This property is a mere 10 minute drive to access the snowmobiling club or if your just out for the day. We also enjoyed ice skating on an nearby outdoor rink with free rentals. Love the North Shuswap !!! We cant wait to go back :) A Thanks to Sandra who was helpful and full of ideas of things to do. Sincerely, Misha

Summary: First of all, a great big thank you to the property owners for their kindness and for allowing us to stay at this location. The living quarters were very roomy and nicely furnished. My wife and I enjoyed the peacefulness here, even through having a power outage after a big storm went through. If you don't care about being near the beach and you like to walk (hills included), then this is the place for you. We had no negatives about the place or location because we were here to visit relatives and even they were nice (LOL). Al Marsh
