Summary: This is a great, quiet spot right off the “main road” in Siena. The apartment is very cute and fit our family of 6 spaciously. Nicoletta was very accommodating even though we were running late. We’d definitely book this place again!

Summary: This apartment is almost on the top floor but there is a lift. The apartment has three large bedrooms and two bathrooms (no tub). Both bathrooms are up several stairs (as is one bedroom). One of the bathrooms is up a steep set of stairs on its own level. The washer is up there as well. The shower in that bathroom is the larger shower. The shower in the other bathroom is quite small - fine for a small adult, difficult to turn around for a larger adult. Kitchen and living spaces are lovely. Street views and alley views from the window All in all a lovely space with lovely managers. Easy walk to main piazza. The nearest parking is a 5ish minute walk away for 30/day. It was quite hot the day we arrived and walking with our luggage was a bit sweaty but there is a lift to bring the suitcases up. Would recommend this place, especially if you need 3 bedrooms!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful appartment with unique architecture. Be aware of stairs to get to the top floor apartment. The location was very convenient and there were close places to eat breakfast or gelato.

Summary: Everything about the VRBO, except a broken dishwasher which was beyond the owner's control, was as described in the advertising and were excellent. The proximity to the Piazza del Campo and the Cathedral also were excellent. Lots of restaurants, some which were recommended by Nicoletta, the property manager, also helped in this review.

Summary: On this trip we were in Italy for about 9 days and this was the best place we stayed. I was traveling with my mom (76) and teenage daughter. We've stayed at many VRBO's all over the world and this listing is very accurate, super clean, right in the city center and near everything you'd want to do. The host was really nice. The check in process was very easy, she met us at the apartment, we texted when we were en route, check out was easy as well. The apartment was charming, she even had travel books there to borrow! I feel like she took the time to make sure that guests had all they needed, she had tea in the kitchen, shampoo and soap, laundry pods, extra towels - just all the things you'd need. She also told us exactly where to park our car which was maybe a 7 minute walk. If you are considering a stay in Siena I would recommend this apartment. Also it was very quiet. There is a lift, two full bathrooms, 3 full bedrooms. Siena was an unexpected gem for us, fun food tours, great shopping, welcoming people. If we are going to be back in Siena we would absolutely stay here again. 5 stars all around!

Summary: 3 days in Siena was not enough to take in this wonderful town (and surrounding region) but our stay was enhanced by our lovely accommodations. Starting with the perfect location that opened the city our feet. 3 Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable - perfect for our 6 person family. 2 Bathrooms were tight (I'm 6'8) but well appointed with great water pressure! Living area and Kitchen was perfect for our family needs. Owner communication was fantastic and their restaurant recommendations were on point! Flat is in a nice building with a small elevator that makes getting up to the top easy after a long day of walking. In the US we would consider the flat on the 4th floor, but we had no trouble racing up the steps for that last bit of exercise! Can't wait to get back!
