Negative: The bed was a little too soft and not great for my back - perhaps it's time to replace the mattress?

Positive: I would come back to York JUST to stay in this amazing apartment. It was sparkling clean, super cozy, gigantic windows with a ton of light, a kitchen that has anything you could need, the location is perfection (it's an easy walk to basically everything), and the bathtub is to die for. The proprietor answered all my questions very quickly and was there in a flash when another girl and I were checking into the building at the same time and there was a bit of confusion about which of us was going to which apartment. Fixed the confusion in a jiff. The experience was 10/10, will most definitely book this property again.
Negative: I can't really think of any legitimate dislikes personally BUT, if I were to think of what someone else might find difficult I'd say the stairs are steep and very narrow so if you have mobility issues, that might be something to consider. Also, the door code to get in to the building is quite high up so if you're short, you might have some trouble punching in the code correctly.
Summary: Can't say enough good things. 10/10, will CERTAINLY book again!

The stay was smooth, with all necessary amenities and a fantastic, accessible location near York’s main attractions. Most of the things you need is already provided. The responsive owner made the experience even better. Highly recommended—would book again!

Positive: This was one of the best properties I have stayed at. The flat was cozy, clean, and well-located. The new carpeting was a real plus, as was the tea and coffee left on the counter for us. I wish we could have stayed longer.
Negative: The stairs up to the flat were a bit difficult to navigate with luggage and a buggy, but we managed.
