Positive: Beautiful views over the Mahaweli River and a peaceful setting, while still being only a short drive from Kandy city centre. There are also plenty of historical temples and attractions nearby. The service was excellent throughout. Priyantha, the manager, made sure everything we needed was taken care of and regularly checked in with us. His attention to detail was noticeable. Chef Ajith was very humble and an excellent cook. One of the highlights was his live demonstration of how to prepare a Jaffna prawn curry, which made the experience feel even more personal. The real man of the match was Malith. He was always attentive, polite and humble, and genuinely made us feel special during our stay. A very enjoyable stay with great views, good food and genuinely warm hospitality.

Positive: The location of the property was perfect, where we were tucked away from the traffic but still close enough to make it a short trip if we wanted to go to the city centre. The views from the hotel are phenomenal, waking up to see the lake and mountain range was unbelievable

Positive: We stayed in the grand delux room with the amazing view. The food for breakfast was delicious. Host and staff all very friendly and helpful. Mr Priyantha was very helpful. The room was clean and bathroom was really nice too. Just amazing.
Negative: Lift is slow so we took the stairs. So just to note that. Nothing else we didn’t like.

Positive: Everything. The clean room, beautiful design and fantastic view. The food was very nice and fast done upon our request. The tuk tuk driver also took us to Kandy and picked us up on the way back. The manager is doing good job.
