This newly built home sits on 30 acres of breathtaking Vermont wilderness and showcases stellar interior and exterior amenities! Enter the grounds via the gated drive and take the scenic ride up the quarter-mile-long driveway. Outside, the screened-in yoga hut provides a serene space to tune into yourself, the zen rock garden and 30 acres of land offer peaceful places to walk, the saltwater hot tub is the perfect place to watch the stars fill the sky, and the outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off in the fresh mountain air. A cool perk; about 40 miles of the ridge line of the Green Mountains (including Sugarbush and Mad River Glen) are visible from the house.
Inside, the modern and bright interior is framed by glorious mountain views and ample natural lighting thanks to the home's numerous oversized windows. Adorned in a mid-century modern design, the spacious living room provides ample seating and a wood-burning stove. The gourmet kitchen comes well-prepared with high-end appliances such as a Capitol Stove and gleaming countertops. Gather as a family at the formal dining table inside, or dine alfresco on the expansive deck. Full and content, head for the additional seating room where a large TV is ready to stream your favorite TV shows and movies. When you want to listen to some sweet tunes, utilize the Audiophile sound system - available throughout the house.
The bedrooms are places of pure peace with their carefully curated artwork, high-quality linens, peaceful color schemes, and continued views. As evening nears, head for the soaking tub or for one of the walk-in showers, tune the central air-conditioning to your liking, and throw the day's wear in the private washer/dryer.
Things to Know
There is free parking for 4 cars. Guests can bring their own EV Chargers and charge their cars in the garage. Parking is not permitted in the garage.
Snow tires or tires with traction for snow/ice are required in the winter.
Due to local wildlife, keep your dog inside at night and don't let them roam during the day without supervision.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this thoughtfully designed and appointed home. Beautiful interior design, spacious but welcoming, incredible landscaping and views. Watching the sunset behind the mountains on the deck every night was dreamy. The kitchen and master bath are fabulous. Appreciated the quiet, secluded setting while still being within decent driving distance to all Montpelier, Waterbury, Stowe, and Burlington have to offer. Thanks so much for sharing your very special place!

Summary: We loved our stay, but there were a few things that weren’t so great. I know that a grill isn’t listed in the amenities, but you can see a grill in several pictures. It was misleading. We had planned to use the grill and were surprised to find it was locked. The house was literally 92° when we arrived. Not a big deal, but we did have to frantically open windows and figure out the thermostats the second we walked in the door. Lastly, the corn hole and the remote for the hot tub were locked away in the garage. We couldn’t use the hot tub the first night. The local Vacasa manager came over the following morning and spent at least an hour trying to resolve the issue. She was incredibly helpful and kind, but it was disruptive to our stay and it was a bummer we had lost the hot tub one of the two nights we were staying. That said, the house is obviously gorgeous with lots of upscale amenities. My dad is an audiophile and really enjoyed the sound system. The view is breathtaking. I’m an artist and loved seeing all of your real art throughout the house. The house is spacious and has a great layout. It was easy to find and easy to check in/check out. Despite a few initial hiccups, we would return and would recommend it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We have stayed at many properties in the Warren area and there is nothing like this home. The views are stunning. The comfort and coziness of the decor is incredible. We loved our visit. It was truly special for my family. Will be back.

Summary: We loved our stay at the Sky Zen! The house was impeccable! We loved the hot tub after skiing and our dog loved playing in the snow in the yard! The views from the huge windows was gorgeous especially with the cozy fire! Our only notes would be that the house didn't come with fire starters so we had to purchase ourselves (totally fine but a bummer we didnt have a fire the first night) and we didn't see a large trash can outside to empty the trash (we were there for 5 days so would have been nice to empty it during our time). It was amazing that they plowed before our arrival, as Vermont had a ton of snow and the driveway was very long and steep up to the home, however, it would have been nice to have some salt or sand on hand to apply to some of the more dangerous areas on the driveway (please note there was a shovel, but the issue was that the snow melted then refroze into a sheet of ice so sand or salt would have done the trick and provided peace of mind!). Lastly, the couch was very stained when we arrived, and very luckily I thought to take some photos (the furnishing were so gorgeous so i def thought these stains were out of place on an expensive couch); after check out we were contacted about the stains and it was easily cleared up when i sent the photos and time stamps, but if i hadn't thought to take those pictures i do worry we would have been charged for damage that was already in the home prior to our arrival (Vacasa was super responsive when i sent the pics and very nice!). All this to say this home is a dream and Vacasa was so responsive our entire stay, we highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to ski sugarbush! We would love to stay here again and soak in that tub with the gorgeous view. Thank you for sharing this home with us!!
