Positive: The property was quite clean, although the kitchen is dated. The dishwasher is definitely quite dated and very loud. For a sleeping capacity of 8, there were 4 forks and just a few more spoons.

Negative: The master bed was as hard as a rock. We scavenged comforters, blankets, and quilts from other beds to create a softer surface to sleep on.

Positive: It was attractive, well-located on a quiet street, and met our needs very well. The kitchen was well-equipped, and if the weather had been nicer we would have enjoyed the deck.

Negative: We had difficulty logging onto the Wi-Fi, and it took almost 2 days for someone to get back to us with help. It would also have been nice to have more flexibility with check-in and check-out hours. We requested an earlier arrival twice — 6 weeks out and 1 week out — and were still not able to check in until 4. And with a 10 a.m. check out, that is quite a span to allow for the turnover. And please, someone, fix that squeaky bathroom door!

Positive: House and location were ideal for us. Plenty of room and a nice quiet location.

Negative: TV. Maybe because I'm from the UK but we were unable to watch any channels other than 2 PBS without being hit with 'need to subscribe' prompts. Not being an xfinity customer wouldn't have been able to add to my subscription even if I had tried.

Positive: Loved the quiet street. The area was big enough for me and my wife on our honeymoon. Would fit family 8 comfortably.

Negative: The queen mattress felt like sleeping on a slab of slate. It caused issues for us and our backs. And only 1 tv in the home. I know it a vacation and tv isn’t important but, 1 in the living room and main stay room would’ve been nice.

Summary: It’s worth the price and location.
