This is a single family home in a great North Peoria Neighborhood. The whole house is yours. Spacious 5 bedroom 3 bath home with a great back yard, patio, pool and built in BBQ out back. Plenty of room to park with a 2 car garage. There is one bedroom and a full bathroom downstairs. The other four bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs.
We are local to Phoenix and the surrounding area. We were both born and raised here in Arizona.
Our family business is Cadaci Vacation Rentals. We partner with a third party high technology app called DACK to enhance our guest experience.
We are probably a lot like your family. We love to get together to cook and eat, hang out and swim, hike, and travel. We love to take our dogs with us whenever possible whether it’s for a hike or a vacation.

This home is conveniently located in North Peoria. Easy access to the Arrowhead area with tons of shopping and dining, and the Peoria Sports Complex. A few miles West Happy Valley Towne Center with more shopping and dining. Lake Pleasant Lake is just a few miles away. if you enjoy boating, jet skiing, fishing, swimming or just camping out. A quick drive on the 101 to the South will get you to the Cardinals Stadium and the Westgate District with food, shops, theatres, concerts and sporting events and The Desert Diamond Casino. So much to do and see. This is about a 30-40 minute drive to Sky Harbor depending on time of day.
You will want a car to get around, but everything is very close and convenient. Just minutes from hiking trails, shopping and dining, golf courses surround the area. A couple of minutes to the 101 freeway where you can head south to the Casino`s, Attractions, P83 Stadium, State Farm Cardinal Stadium, Arrowhead mall and Westgate shopping and dining corridors with amazing hang outs and restaurants. Minutes to Desert Ridge and Scottsdale Kierland dining and shopping. It`s about 30- 40 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport depending on time of day and traffic.
Pool heat is $50 per night. We need at least 48 hours notice for pool heat. If the weather drops below 50 degrees at night the heater may struggle to keep up.
Pool fence can be removed if there are no children under 6 at the home. Fee is $150
Pets are allowed upon approval. Pet fee is $50 per pet
No parties. Family gatherings are allowed
