A BRAND NEW HOME for vacation rentals in Lake Placid. This modern luxurious mountain estate is awaiting your family and friends to have lots of fun in. The house is 6000 + sq. ft with 9 bedrooms, fully Air Conditioned!! This house is appointed with modern appliances, and even offers a private suite for those who want the option to be separate from the group. Arrowhead Lodge is themed with a Native American decor in tribute to the Native American Adirondack Indians (The Bark Eaters). The location of the house is terrific. It is walking distance from the village. Located right down the road is the entrance to the Lake Placid Center of Performing Arts, Desperados Restaurant (great margaritas) Stewarts gas station, for ice, beer, gas and anything else quick, and right across the street from a brand new mini complex, housing Simply Gourmet, and the NEW 'DACK SHACK that has live music and incredible food. A nice little stroll and you've got your own night planned. Both famous lakes.. Lake Placid and Mirror Lake are MINUTES away. Take your choice. Motorized or not. Both options are clearly good! The amenities at ArrowHead are a magnificent deck housing a large BBQ grill ,10 person Hot-tub and lots of outdoor furniture, an ADK Fire pit, and volleyball. while inside both master bedrooms boasts private porches. One is screened, the other is high up so no bugs roam..the oversized garage are has a brand new pingpong table, and pool table so the kids ( and kids at heart) can play while dinner is cooking. Lots of chairs for spectators! While right above the garage area, a private suite offers a mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and its own 43 inch flat screen TV. Back inside the main house, there are 2 -70 inch flat screen TV's-upstairs, and one downstairs incase the little kids want to watch something that the bigger kids don't. The kitchen has all brand new appliances.. large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and oven, Panini press, Keurig, also a traditional coffee maker, fondue pot, waffle maker and outdoor serving pieces to make the BBQ dinner on the back porch a sure hit. The huge indoor dinning table holds 16 easily with a fully stocked dinning service for 16-20 people - so no worries there. There are 9 total bedrooms, 6 pillow top king beds, 1 pillow top queen bed, and a bunk room with 4 twin pillow tops, and a 9th bedroom with a queen pullout sofa. Therefore we hope your sleeping should be comfortable and roomy. We provide 600 thread count sheets, plush towels and extra pillows and blankets for you to curl up and read a book or watch a movie like you used to when you had more time. The bathrooms are all modern and CLEAN. We pride ourselves in taking great care of our home. We make this our priority so that you can be comfortable and have no worries. You are there to vacation! Summary: The layout of the kitchen, dining, and living room was great to keep our group together. The house is spacious and yet still cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. Our hostess Anne was wonderful!

Summary: We rented the house for a long weekend in February as a ski trip. Three families, 7 adults and 8 children ranging from 3 to 15 years old. Anne was an incredible host, very kind, proactive and responsive. The house was perfect for our gathering, the kids spent a lot of time playin pool and ping pong in the garage after skiing. The accommodations were excellent and the location too. Highly recommend it, we will be back next year for sure.

Summary: We loved the Arrowhead Lodge. A group of friends/family gathered there. With so many bedrooms and bathrooms, there was space for everyone. It's gorgeous and the kitchen is well stocked. Highly recommend - and we will be back next year!

Summary: Very clean and well kept property. Amenities were perfect.House was perfect with great layout. My son and 12 of his friends were able to continue there annual ski trip. They had an entire finished basement to enjoy while we were able to continue adulting upstairs with friends. Plenty of room for everyone.

Summary: We stayed in this 6,000 sq. ft. home over Thanksgiving with family aged 8 to 72. While we had fun, the house was a mix of positives and negatives.Positives:The location was fantastic—just 5 minutes from everything—and we felt very safe.The yard was perfect for Thanksgiving snow football games, and the fireplace was a cozy retreat.Beds were very comfortable, and the host was responsive, quickly addressing smaller issues like delivering a coffee grinder within an hour.Negatives:Cleanliness was lacking: utensil drawers had crumbs, bedspreads and pillows were heavily stained, and the light fixtures were caked with dust.The home needs maintenance: broken tiles in the kitchen, windows with stripped cranks, and living room and dining furniture that felt unstable and uncomfortable.The hot tub smelled so bad that after the first day, we avoided it, likely due to the cover.The bunk room was advertised, but we weren’t told the bunk beds had been broken by a prior guest. This left four kids disappointed. There was plenty of communication prior that this could have been disclosed.Amenities like the pool table and ping-pong table were in disrepair and barely useable, and only one TV remote worked for the basement and main floor tv.The home has potential, but it desperately needs a refresh and better upkeep. Despite the issues, we enjoyed our stay, but we’d only return if these problems were addressed.

Summary: We recently stayed at Arrowhead for a short time with family but we so wish it could have been longer. The property is amazing. Upon arrival we were given the door code by Ann the property manager who I must say was an absolute pleasure to work with. We entered the home seeing beautiful autumn decorations a very homey touch! The home was extremely clean, bright and open. The beds were comfortable the rooms had plenty of space. We can’t say enough about the property. I only hope we have the chance to go back soon.

Summary: We’ve stayed here multiple times. It’s a great house - nice layout and location. Ann & team are easy to work with and proactively communicate. Some of our favorite ADK weekends have been at Arrowhead Lodge.

Summary: My husband and I decided we wanted our whole bridal party to stay in a big Adirondack house in Lake Placid and it was the best decision we made for our wedding weekend! It was able to house everyone, (14 of us) and we had a great time! So close to downtown and so many amenities like the hot tub, pool table, ping-pong table, 2 large living room areas and the perfect kitchen it was absolutely gorgeous!!! We are already planning another trip with our family!! Highly recommend!!

Summary: As a professional mountain bike race team we are a group of 12. Each one of us needs his own bed and that's where this large home ticked all the boxes. Beautiful built with a large kitchen and dinner table it's exactly what we are looking for traveling the world.
