Positive: The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Good shower. Appliances all working well. Plenty of cleaning products, washing machine tablets, cleaning clothes, bin bags, etc. Huge tv with several cable channels. White cotton towels and bed sheets. It was very clean inside. Outside, not so much, but it was cold so we didn't use the terrace. Owner very responsive. He promptly replied all my messages. The apartment is for 9 people so me and my family shared it with my eldest daughter and her family. I end up sleeping with my son on the sofa bed. The first night was a nightmare. The sofa is so hard, like a piece of wood. I contacted the owner and he told me to use a duvet to make it more comfortable. But then, I didn't have anything to cover myself. The following morning he kindly brought a brand new mattress topper from ikea. Unfortunately, after the first night of use, the mattress topper got as flat as a pancake. We end up putting my granddaughters to sleep together so my son could use their mattress and I fold the mattress topper in 2 so I could have some rest. It was a really bad experience so I don't recommend it for 9 people. For 7 is excellent. Walking distance to a mall and a large Carrefour. Close to Disney. Overall we had a great time, despite the sofa-bed
Negative: Free parking if you're lucky enough to find a space. Maybe 25 spaces for the whole block of flats.

Positive: Location next to the train was ideal! Super convenient and comfortable for our family. The apartment was well stocked with dishes and supplies. It was a cozy and inviting decor
Negative: Just make sure you know there is no dryer, so if you need to wash, you will hang them to dry.

Positive: The appartment is perfectly located, very close to the railway station and to the shopping centre. We found the appartment very clean and warm, even if the weather was really cold. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two terraces, one of them very big, with a barbecue, and I think it’s wonderful to spend tine there in summer. The host was very nice and answered promptly to all my messages. We strongly reccommend this accomodation if you want to visit Paris or Disneyland!

Positive: Apartment was AMAZING! we absolutely loved our stay! Spacious, clean, new furnishings! Separate bedroom for the children. Also appreciated the little touches; cooking oil, toilet rolls, cleaning products, bottled water.
Negative: Tv was amazing however could not use normal TV channels, did not work and could not tune tv via aerial etc. we had to watch the new years firework on our phone. Also; there are a few rough edges on the side strips of the kitchen island which ripped my trousers and t shirt on two separate occasions. Also while the apartment was absolutely spotless, the dirty linen basket was overflowing with at least 2 bed changes. Could do with a repeat email with black box code upon leaving instead of searching through emails. Parking can also be a nightmare, not enough spaces for all the apartments. We enjoyed our stay so much, we asked for an extra night which was available but price was slightly higher for that night than per night we actually paid for so we decided against it.

Positive: The location is perfect..very close to RER Torcy.. The apartment is very clean and has all the amenities you need for your stay and the toilet has a bidet!! It’s very spacious and bright and decorated so nicely.. Alpha is very kind, accommodating and helpful.. Will definitely stay here again!
