Positive: Excellent location in the city center, right next to the subway, close to restaurants and a supermarket, great, hearty breakfast, amazing selection, the staff is fine, very friendly. Comfortable bed, TV, coffee maker in the room. The room is cleaned every day, and towels are changed. The room is sufficiently large. Amazing view from the window, though this is only available in some rooms; in others, there is no view (only a skylight).

Negative: No toilet paper in the basement restrooms, a foul odor in the bathroom, an air conditioning system that likely isn't working, and the hotel's amenities are lacking.

Summary: I recommend it, but the hotel needs renovating

Positive: Great breakfast area and plenty of food options. The rooms were spacious and very nice, clean.

Negative: Ny room had one plug option got a Uk plug. There were other plugs ins there but 2 pin ones. Other than that, No negatives experiences.

Summary: Great hotel, perfect Location and great staff.

Positive: Great location in the centre of the main Sofia attractions. Attentive and helpful staff, welcome drinks and eats. We were on the top 6th floor with small balcony overlooking the orthodox Church. Good sized room, comfortable and well equipped.
