Positive: From the moment we arrived, this apartment felt like a home away from home. The host, Gabriela, was friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful. The location is exceptional - It’s conveniently just a few minutes walk to the metro, yet high enough up (16th floor) to treat you to panoramic views of Sofia and the surrounding mountains. There’s a supermarket and clothing shop right next door so you won’t have to travel far to top up on groceries etc. The addition of the terrace is brilliant, I could easily see us spending so much time on the large outdoor space soaking in the view, relaxing on sun-beds, enjoying a morning coffee. This is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with plenty of room for a family or group of friends. The beds were very comfortable, the living areas beautifully furnished and the kitchen was superbly well‐equipped (dishwasher, juicer, ice-maker, toaster, coffee bar … you name it) . Between the large terrace, balcony, and open living/dining/kitchen space, you’ll find every corner comfortable and stylish. If you’re travelling with kids, this apartment really shines. There’s a dedicated children’s playroom / kids-area, a playground in the courtyard, highchair/crib options, even a PS5 for older kids (or adults who still think they’re 12!) The underground garage with two parking spaces was another big plus for us in a city that can be tricky for parking, this made things very easy. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring everything is in excellent condition. The value for money was outstanding considering the amenities, size, location and overall experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable, roomy, well-furnished well-equipped apartment in Sofia that caters both to families and groups, with an unbeatable view, excellent transportation access and exceptional host service - this is it. We left with warm memories and would absolutely return. Highly, highly recommended!

Positive: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Stay in Sofia! A 5-Star Experience in Every Way! We spent an unforgettable week in this gorgeous apartment and would recommend it 100%! The apartment is a true gem: modern, elegantly furnished, and finished with the highest quality materials. It was a pleasure to find that it was equipped with every imaginable comfort—and I truly mean every comfort! From the super well-equipped kitchen (absolutely nothing was missing!) to the heating and air conditioning system in every single room, everything was new and 100% functional. The space was another incredible highlight. There were seven of us, and we lived in total relaxation and comfort; the apartment is huge and airy. Being on the top floor, we enjoyed absolute privacy and a peace we hadn't expected in a city setting. The splendid terrace with a view of Sofia was our favourite spot for total relaxation and morning coffee. Plus, the PS5 was a fantastic bonus for the younger members of the group! Security is top-notch with a 24/7 service, and the convenience of having a reserved parking spot in the large underground garage is priceless. The grocery store right below the building was also very practical for any need. Finally, a special shout-out goes to Gabriella, the host. Her availability was exceptional. Despite our significant delay at check-in, she was super welcoming and made sure we lacked nothing, ensuring we were comfortable right from the start. If you are looking for a luxurious, spacious, private stay with impeccable service near Sofia (but well-connected!), look no further. Highly recommended for families and large groups! We will definitely be back!

Positive: Great communication with the host Gabriela. Fabulous relaxing apartment, lovely and spacious with amazing balcony views of Sofia and the surrounding mountains. Excellent facilities and information of the local area and public transport. Supermarkets and restaurants are very close. It is also very pleasant to find the host has put some beers in the fridge as a welcome gift! My family of 4 stayed there for 5 nights and loved our time at Sofia View.

Positive: The apartment had 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, plus a huge living area. It has everything you might need, from kitchen amenities to washer and dryer for clothes. The children room has toys and books, both bulgarian and english. The apartment is new, high-end furniture, huge TVs and sound systems. There is a supermarket downstairs, as well as a children playground. A really good restaurant 5 minutes walk. The highlight, for me, is the huge terrace, having a great view over whole Sofia. It has a huge tv on the terrace, both a heater and a ventilator, so you can use it regardless of the weather. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I can't think of any negative things to say. The host was really great, easy to talk to, great English skills. The underground garage has 2 spots, and the key pickup is really easy.
