Summary: My room was very clean and comfortable. The service staff came every day and did an excellent job keeping my room clean. The location of Sollago is perfect for walking to Myeongdong and other sites. I appreciated the easy access to the subway and bus service. It was also nice to have a cafe in the hotel as well as a convenience store and a currency exchange machine. There’s also a wonderful sandwich shop and a coffee shop less than a block away. Overall, Sollago helped make my solo trip to Seoul very enjoyable.

Summary: Pros: great location, Chungmuro station Plenty of local restaurants around Tow convenience stores downstairs Washing mashing is a plus AirPort Express bus near by Cons: no shower curtain or devider , water splash around, feeling stress to take a shower Only one flat pillow provided for a single bed, duvet was soft and cofy As mentioned no house keeping during stay, but no towels changed in 3 day?

Summary: Our experience in Seoul was amazing. Sollago exceeded our expectations, our favorite part is getting to be close to everything and it’s convenient. We will never forget Ms. Eun Hee Lim, she took care of our room and made sure we were always taken care of. She’s definitely one of the highlights of our stay in Sollago. We will come back next year!

Summary: Comfortable and enjoyable stay, the location was very convenient to Myeongdong shopping area (1 subway stop that was close to hotel). The rooms were clean and comfortable with GS25 and lots of restaurants downstairs at street level. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This hotel was easy to find and very clean. The staff were very friendly too. Some things to note: - they advertised that they have a kitchenette. The extent of this is a hob, microwave, kettle and 2 cups. I booked this place so we had the option to cook. But realistically, who is going to bring a frying pan, cutlery and a chopping board with them on holiday? With this in mind, this hotel is very eco friendly, because they don't provide anything. So we aren't running up their electricity bill either! - they have a washing machine but provide no powder or detergent. We brought laundry with us as we are on a long trip, so doing some washing would help us before we get back home. We carried the extra weight for nothing. Most hotels provide at least a small sachet of powder. It is very unrealistic to think that customers will go and buy a huge tub of powder for a short stay. We did attempt to find powder but all we could find locally was large tubs meant for a household for several weeks. - if you have a train to catch, allow an extra 5 minutes. The lift takes forever because the building is so big. Oh, and even after waiting you'll have cleaning staff cut in front and close the lift door in your face... - tiny thing, the door handles are very unintuitive. And not obvious whether they needed to be pushed, pulled, turned or twisted.

Summary: A great hotel and close enough to Myeongdong area. About 10 mins away. About 5 mins walk to Chungmung metro station so ideal. The cafe downstairs is great too. The also have a small shop near reception area. So overall a great hotel with good sized clean rooms.
