Positive: A very nice place to stay in Seoul for a good price. The stairs on the way from the metro are a bit of a struggle, but the view from them is worth it :). The location is very good, next to old city walls, National Theater and Namsan Tower. The host is lovely and so helpful, not only we got gifts and money for taxi but she helped us find a taxi for 5 people which was very time consuming. Everything was provided at the apartment, even additional umbrellas! I recommend Seoul Namsan Stay.

Positive: The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. The host was very kind and helpful. She messaged many times to ensure we had everything that we needed. In addition she provided suggestions of places to visit so that we could enjoy our trip in Seoul.
Negative: The location was a little awkward because it was up a hill and down winding roads. The host did tell us about this and she suggested taxi services that we can use, she offered to book taxis if we needed help, and she even left money for the taxi fare for each day! I felt like she did everything she could to help make it easier to get to the apartment.
Summary: A wonderful trip in a homely apartment.

Positive: It was super tidy and lots of bedding and towels. Plus other little bits on the bathroom like shampoo etc which was really helpful. Ot was a nice quiet area and easy access to two metro stations.
Negative: Nothing !
Summary: Brilliant few days in Seoul and great to have a base so close to things.

Positive: The location was convenient and the rooms were spacious, I like the layout and the decor
Negative: The host let us know upon arrival that the downstairs neighbors are VERY sensitive to noise, and informed us we could be fined or kicked out if they complained. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The floors were padded with foam which made the heat inefficient and we were cold most of the weekend since the heat couldn’t be turned up any higher.

Positive: The flat is spacious and very well equipped! The host was very helpful! The location is good, nice and quiet, close to the subway, albeit at the bottom of the hill. It's perfect for exploring Namsan, and Dongdaemun Plaza is just a short walk away.
Negative: The noise sensitive neighbours do make it hard to feel relaxed at home, and the quiet times of 9pm-9am are inconvenient when travelling as a tourist.
