Walk to shops and restaurants including Marco Walk Plaza and many others. Rent a bike to explore the island at a sightseer pace. Stop at a kiosk on the beach for water sports activities and excursions. Rent a boat at a local marina to explore the backwaters and intracoastal waterways from Cape Romano to the waterfront in Naples. Off the island, it is worth the drive to visit Isles of Capri, Goodland and downtown Naples for even more shopping, dining and entertainment experiences.
The Somerset of Marco Island is a secure, gated community with fantastic amenities including 2 outdoor heated pools, 2 grilling areas, 2 boardwalks, pickleball courts, tennis court, fitness room, social room, library and lobby.

You will have ample accommodations and options for sleeping arrangements with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom (with optional conversion to king-size bed), a pull-out queen--size sofa-bed in the living room and a full-size futon sofa-bed in the screened/shuttered lanai.
The large, bright dressing/make-up area and spectacular bathrooms are sure to please. You will know you are living in luxury with the gorgeous marble double sink vanity top and huge stone/glass dual shower enclosure in the master bathroom along with the comparable upscale main/guest bathroom.
The living room has a 50-inch LED HDTV and cable box with an extensive high-definition channel lineup including music channels as well as a Roku streaming player and Blu-ray disc player. The master bedroom has a 24-inch LED HDTV, cable box and Roku streaming player. The guest bedroom has a 24-inch LED HDTV and digital cable channels without a cable box as well as a Roku streaming player.
Use your own private and secure Wi-Fi wireless network to access the internet via high-speed fiber optic service throughout the condo, lanai, balcony and cabana.
You have the unique first floor option to take a private spiral staircase from the balcony down to your exclusive cabana, both heated pools and the beach. Your private screened/shuttered cabana is the ideal pit stop for pool and beach outings with a large rec room and storage area directly below the unit that has a 50-inch Roku TV, foosball, ping-pong, table/chairs and a variety of pool/beach items for your use and enjoyment.
You will appreciate the very short walk from car to condo when loading/unloading under the marquee and the convenience of an assigned covered space in the parking garage. Open parking on the garage rooftop is also available to accommodate a second vehicle or guests.

Summary: Our stay at Somerset 110 was fantastic! The location offered easy access to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for our family. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. The girls loved spending time in the lower-level ping-pong area, and it was so convenient having all of our beach equipment stored downstairs, ready to take out to the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property!

Summary: Somerset is absolutely the best on Marco and this trip was no exception. Rick was very attentive to whatever questions we had. The condo is as advertised and there are lots of “notes” in the unit to help with lights, fans and general questions you might have. The cabana is the nicest I have seen at Somerset.

Summary: Property is literally turn key just need your travel bag/clothes! Everything has been thought of, from beach chairs/umbrellas etc, to kitchen essentials. Property was spotless. Property Manager was lightning fast on any questions we had. Location was the best part-directly on the beach, just a minute or so walk. Located on a choice part of Collier. Complex well manicured, and incredibly locked down/safe. Overall, 5+ stars

Summary: Rick, our host, was extremely responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Somerset 110 includes an attached cabana, with all the amenities you could wish for, which made our beach days wonderful. It is only steps away from pool, boardwalk and beach and we will be sure to be back again soon!
