Positive: Great location. Easy access to Manhattan. Spacy room. Don't have to eat out at the restaurant everday becauase there's Trader Joe's, Deli, and food truck in neighborhood.
Negative: There were always small bugs flying around.
Summary: I would come back if I go back to NY.

Positive: The apartment was spacious enough and very clean, kitchen equipped with many tools. Great view over Manhattan. Staff was always super helpful and nice. Just 5 minutes walk from the subway, perfect location!
Negative: The noise from the subway was a bit too much with the windows open, but totally fine for the night with the wondows closed.

Positive: The hotel was clean and comfortable in a convenient location. There were many restaurants, subways and Trader Joe’s nearby. Easy access to everything.
Negative: The room was spacious but little damp with the air conditioning running. There wasn’t a sofa to sit on so it’s not very comfortable.
