Positive: The front desk was helpful with our luggage. We came in an early flight and it was not time to check in. We needed our luggage to be kept at the hotel so we would not have to carry it with us until time to check in. We appreciated the front desk men were extremely helpful and kept our luggage safe.

Positive: Nice property, clean and very close to the airport and Coral Gables. Room was very nice.
Negative: Very few amenities. The pool is currently closed for renovations but that was not communicated prior to booking. Very few places to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather of Miami.
