Summary: This was my third time staying at this property. Great hotel with easy access to downtown Tempe. Great pool area and workout gym. Hotel was clean and tidy. Hotel staff were very pleasant.

Summary: Hotel was not very clean. Carpet was filthy near the elevators and there were smudges throughout the hotel (doors, elevators, etc.). Bathroom ceiling was peeling and the cheap toilet didn't flush very well. Beds were too short (funky headboards eating up bed space). Gym was pretty limited. The only bench was very loose and in need of repair. Floors were dirty. No towels. Firepit was nice, but it had tons of cigarette butts in it - gross. Great location and parking was nice, but I wouldn't recommend it, especially at the price we paid.
