Summary: had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. They explained everything clearly and gave me good tips on places to visit and eat. I was lucky to get a free room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The room was big, clean, and had everything I needed.

Summary: The Song Hotel was amazing. We arrived earlier than expected so we thought we would have to wait, but they had a room ready for us. The included breakfast was more than enough to start you day in Sydney. The location was perfect as it was across the street from Museum Station and the bus stop. Walking to the park or anywhere else was comfortable and safe.

Summary: From the moment we checked at reception Bijay owned the reservation informative, personable and made me feel welcome I also encountered Krizzia on checkout and she was outstanding. I was traveling with family and this was their first visit to Australia and the song hotel was definitely definitely a treat from beginning to end. I myself will be returning to the song Hotel later this year when I return to Sydney for another visit I’ve stayed before and I truly truly find this service the staff the entire experience to be a pleasant one thank you to the staff and the management that run the song hotel in Sydney. Thank You for all you do.
