Positive: the place is serene and in the mountainous region with fresh air. the rooms were comfortable and well maintained and modern looking and yet with a chรขteau ambience
Negative: the internal transport system, the lack of sign board and help on the transport system from this village to Sono Belle was rather frustrating, we wasted 2 and half hours trying to get to the other side and no one could hekp explain it properly in English or willing to help make sure we can reach to the other side, they all just pointed to veery bad information board and says it is all there the schedule and where to wait for the bus.

Negative: We can not locate room temperature control. On Saturday night, we can not find parking space because it so full and there is no information that we can park on the side of the road or on sidewalk.

Positive: Stayed at village block H at sono felice village. The apartment is big and accomodated us well for 5 family pax. Love the view from the balcony. Amenities is great with the kitchen and also the utensils are available. For village is really great if you like peace and quiet and away from the Vivaldi Park. Wake up to a great view and also fresh air calmness!!! If vivaldi park is your priority, stay at vivaldi park and not here unless a) you have your own transport or b) vivaldi park is NOT your priority
Negative: Few things fell out of expectations a) Logistic. If you don't have a car then request for a block that's nearer to the reception as you will check in there and will have to bring your luggage to your block. My block H is just nice to walk however if you've smaller children and big luggages do get a nearer block. I didn't ask about transport to bring my luggages to my block but do ask if you've a lot of baggages b) Staffs. The staff helped me as they could but maybe due to language I got few miscommunication. Example, last day wanted to go Vivaldi Park, and wanted to keep my luggage at reception, one lady told me I can't and have to bring to Vivaldi Park locker room and keep there, and when I came the next morning, a gentleman told me I can store the baggage once I check out at the reception. Saves me lugging around the luggages for my last day in vivaldi park snowyland c) Van Shuttle. Staff didn't explain to us properly or provide a schedule on shuttle schedule as other resort would provide and had to translate my request. Generally, the shuttle runs hourly basis starts from 830am and runs till 950pm from sono moon. Also please note, 1230 to 130 (or 230 I think) no shuttle since it's lunch time so do plan your visit if you want to go vivaldi park. Also it's not a lot of people so we always get the shuttle, can't imagine if it's peak season and you have to wait few shuttle to get on it. d) Amenities. Small matter to me. I booked for 5 packs and they gave me only 3 towels. But reception was prompt (after few translation to explain I need a towel) to provide the towels
Summary: All in all, love the place if you're into relaxation away from the Vivaldi Park excitement.

Positive: This place is great for family retreat, especially when 2-3 families move together with kids. Vivaldi Ocean World and Play Park is very close, although this Sono Village Facility is not directly connected, but up in the mountains. However, with fodo and drink, for a separate family gathering, it's perfect!
