Positive: It's a unique housing location, an old high school transformed into a dwelling. I like that it was pet friendly, nice amenities such as a hangout space with pool table, games, books, etc., felt safe, and easy to navigate. I like that the room had a full kitchen, basic utensils and supplies, full refrigerator, and washer/dryer.
Negative: There were a lot of rules presented after booking that I thought should have been more up front. The room was sufficient but damages were observed in various places. Starting with the indoor lock, the tv not working, chewed wood, loose lamps, handles, , and the air conditioner units dripping an insane amount of condensation water on the bedroom floors. One room had so much water that I slipped and fell on the first flight of stairs on my last day. I notified our contact upon arrival about the tv and damages and we waited a few hours for someone to come and take a look at everything which I thought should have been handled immediately.
