THE SPACE
3 story house with all the common areas plus a powder room on the main level, and all the guest suites and guest bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Guests with limited mobility or small children should be aware of the stairs needed to get to the sleeping and bathing areas. The sleeping areas include 3 multi-room suites (4 bedrooms total). Each bedroom has a sound machine plus an Alexa that can be used for music, alarms, news updates, etc.

OUTSIDE
- Covered main deck off dining room with 2 heaters, a fan, a table for 4, and 2 additional chairs with a side table. The serene views of the the red brick houses and historic church plus the greenery of the old neighborhood provide instant calm and relaxation.
- Hot tub for 3 is off the stairs of the back deck- Side deck off breakfast room seats 2
- The lower courtyard (shared with Carriage House guests) features a pergola and 2 additional seating areas.

We want our guests to have a good time, but we do not allow parties. No additional guests will be allowed outside those on the reservation. The maximum guest count will be enforced.

Summary: Great home, amenities, and neighborhood! We traveled to St. Louis from Chicagoland with another family. This house was a splurge for us and worth every penny. The house was clean, well stocked, and beautiful! Highlights were the heated back porch, hot tub, and pool table. We also enjoyed all of the Smart Home features. We highly recommend the PS House.

Summary: A beautiful home, filled with historic charm. It was little big for just the two of us but we still enjoyed every minute we spent there. The hosts were stellar, very friendly and helpful, the provided tons of suggestions on things we should see and spend our time doing. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Summary: Excellent house, location is perfect and Katie was very friendly and accommodating. Walk to ballgame, restaurants and downtown area. Farmers Market was incredible and a 2 min. walk. Overall we had an excellent time!

Summary: Honestly did not want to leave this place. Every bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the baths/showers were very nice especially the master suites walk-in shower, kitchen had great appliances, the deck and patio area was beautiful. I can’t think of a single negative thing about it. I highly recommend staying here!!!!

Summary: Six of us, two adults, two tens, and two pre teens stayed here and loved it! More then enough space and things to do (pool, games, and a hot tub). The location was perfect as we shopped in The Loop, played Top Golf, and ate at City Foundry. A coffee shop 2 blocks away made for a nice, short adventure on Sunday morning. We felt safe the entire trip. Katie and Tyler were amazing hosts. We did not want to leave. We will definitely be back!
