South Shore Villa is a custom built luxury villa, high on top of a mountain overlooking the blue waters of the Caribbean and pristine green forests of the National Park. With spectacular views and breezes this is the ultimate private getaway location. South Shore Villa is secluded yet only a 15 minute drive to Cruz Bay.
Located adjacent to the US Virgin Island's National Park boundaries and perched high a top a mountain overlooking the azure waters of the Caribbean, the South Shore Villa is the ultimate in private luxury vacation living.
The South Shore Villa is centrally air-conditioned and features four well-appointed bedrooms (all with private bathrooms), a luxurious custom kitchen with restaurant quality stainless steel appliances, a dining room, and a large living room all with panoramic views of the ocean.
Of additional interest is the spectacular infinity edge swimming pool with fountains, a large travertine patio, covered veranda, and a stainless steel barbeque for entertaining.
The island of St John and the South Shore Villa is a magical place where you can enjoy your days sitting around the pool, snorkeling at the beach, or hiking in the National Park and your nights viewing the stars while surrounded by the fragrances of jasmine and orchids.
The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-4 occupancy. Each additional guest above 4 is charged a per person per nights fee. Summary: South Shore Vila is a fantastic property. The villa looks exactly as it appears in photos. The house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need plus more and the views are spectacular. The infinity pool was a plus. Summary: This place is just as incredible as it looks! The property is immaculate and well provisioned, everything is comfortable and beautiful and the view is so grand you may end up spending more time here than you expect. We spent hours at the pool’s edge, just watching the clouds pass by between St. John and St Croix. This is definitely for those who like getting a ways out of town and seeing the forest from the trees! Our thanks to Eric for being so responsive and helpful! South Shore Villa is a dream!

Summary: Bullet points of perfection! Responsive owners for worry free planning. Perfect location, far away from the hustle but close enough to beaches, Cruz and Coral Bays, and middle island for easy access. Villa living spaces are so comfortable inside and out. The pictures are spot on. Beach bags with towels prepped and ready as well as a care package from a local deli that was on point. Everything you need for island fun is there. The views are unreal! Morning, noon and night they strike all your senses. Amazing sunrises with abundant wildlife, always quiet and peaceful. The bay and mountain views filled my photo app. The times spent enjoying the outdoor living, pool lounging, inside relaxing, and cooking dinners with friends were amazing. We are ready to share our experience with friends!

The views are incredible, the house is unique and designed to give everyone space and luxury. The welcome and management are over the top and the house was well equipped for all our needs.
