Summary: The house was exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. Very very clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of room to spread out. we felt very comfortable. The hosts were always available, and texts were immediately answered. It was a wonderful stay and highly recommended this Southampton house. I would give it more than 5 stars!

Summary: We come to Southhampton every summer to visit family. This time there were a lot of us, 10 adults to attend my cousins wedding. The home was very inviting totally clean, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and comfortable places to sit and relax. We enjoyed the deck and pool for the first two days I’m not sure if it was the time of year, but it was very quiet in the neighborhood. Our hosts were most attentive during the process.

Summary: The house was clean and appeared more or less like the photos. The rooms are small but adequate. The owners are very responsive and helpful. They clearly take great pride in their home. We weren't wild about the street where the house was located but the access to the beach club was nice and a big plus for families. It looks like they are trying to make some improvements to the back yard which will help the overall appeal of the house.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was well equipped, perfectly laid out and felt like we were really "sharing" their home. The pool and backyard were where we spent most of our time and the dining table was large enough for us to all feel comfortable and see the kids outside/in living room from the kitchen. The appliances and cabinets were well stocked and we loved the location to the beach or any activities we had planned.

Summary: We loved staying here. The hosts were extremely responsive and the listing was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family and in a great location - close to downtown Southampton but not far from Sag Harbor. The access to the bay beach through the Colony Club is a major perk - especially for children. There are two wings of bedrooms which makes it a great house for multiple families. Would highly recommend!
