Summary: The home was cute and well maintained. We were appreciative of the cleanliness of the home. The pictures of the home are accurate. And the host was attentive and easy to communicate with. Overall, we would stay here again when visiting Memphis.

Summary: This house was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do and see in Memphis. No more than 10-15 minute drive anywhere. Neighborhood was safe and little traffic. Walked our dog several times a day and saw beautiful flowers, nice landscaping, and neighbors waving hello. It was great to be able to bring our dog with us on this trip, and having a fenced yard was great. Rooms were comfy, just note there are no tvs in the bedrooms. Not a problem for us, we were exhausted each night and were ready for sleep. Comfortable mattresses and nice pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Francis Mabel was a wonderful host. So quick to reply and answer our questions. And don't be concerned with the driveway. It is not long, but average, and we had no issues with it being low. Great stay here, and I recommend this house to all.

Summary: We stayed at this property while moving our daughter into college. The house is in a wonderful, quiet and safe neighborhood. It is conveniently located near all of the neat sites and restaurants Memphis has to offer! The house is stunning!!! The owner had put so much attention into detail that it feels like a home away from home. It is well appointed with beautiful furnishings and decor and all the creature comforts you would need. We loved sitting out on the deck in the large backyard in the mornings having our coffee under mature trees. The owner is very responsive and has been one of the kindest hosts I have had the pleasure of renting from. I highly recommend this property if you plan to visit Memphis! We will definitely be renting from her again in the near future! Thank you!

Summary: The house is in a great location. Close to a nice shaded walking trail. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. Thé back porch was great for morning coffee! I highly recommend it!! Great communication from the property owner when we had questions.

Summary: Clean, charming home in historic neighborhood offering an easy, five minute drive to downtown. Great floor plan with bedrooms on one side and living areas on the other. Plenty of towels and other amenities. Host provided timely info on rental details and was quick to respond to an inquiry. Especially enjoyed a short stroll through the neighborhood one morning to Cafe Electic for breakfast.

Summary: It is located in a perfect spot to explore Memphis. Right by the zoo, botanic gardens, and great restaurants! Very comfortable beds, and so clean. Love the decor too and they have some personal touches to make it feel like home while there. Highly recommend!
